It starts with black spots, like dust or scratches on my glasses. I look straight at my boys, my girlfriend, my boss, people I've never met before, and I don't know if my perception is tweaking or if their eyes are darkening. Everyone else is not affected by it, "unscathed" we can call it I guess, but those eyes, they are like a neon light that blinds me before burning out and leaving me behind with flickers, a throbbing head and deepblack holes where their eyeballs should be. But those holes arem't empty, not that that would be good but maybe at least better. No- they are leaking with thick dark matter.
