An empty office. No work to be done

If you go to "The Cocktail Club" near Liverpool Street in London you can sometimes meet a phantom they call "the Director" in the corner, it's face hidden in a cloud of smoke. When "the director" appears the staff know that it's time for the night cap. It holds a vaporizer in it's hand but in the past it used to be a cigar. The believe that it's a former owner ob the place (I forgot the name but will find out!) because he was the only person who was ever allowed to smoke there and he died some years ago. "the director" will also appear next to lonely people who visit the club without company.
